Refunds and Returns
We have a no questions asked 30-day refund or return policy on unmodified items. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange it. We only ask that you ship the items back to us. If you choose to receive a refund, it will be in the same form as your payment. Refunds will be issued within 3 days of the receipt of merchandise.
Warranty and Terms of Sale
All Microfire LLC devices are guaranteed for 30 days after the date of receipt to operate as expected. The end-user should ensure the devices operate as expected prior to embedding them in another device. Afterwards, the end-user assumes all responsibility, regardless of the 30 day time period.
All Microfire LLC devices are designed for environmental monitoring only. Use in any application that includes medical, critical-use applications in which a failure could result in property damage, or where injury or death is a possibility, is not covered under the terms of sale.
All Microfire LLC items are new and unused. The total cost is displayed on the checkout page and includes item price, any applicable tax, and shipping.
Purchase can be completed with most major credit card issuers: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Samsun Pay and several others as listed on the checkout page. Bank wire is available as an agreed upon option for larger orders.
This Warranty and Term of Sale will be governed by the laws of the State of California. As such, any legal action will be required to take place in the State of California.
Our website doesn't store any of your information. Your credit card details are stored through our shopping cart provider (Shopify). You can request whatever information Shopify has collected about you by requesting it through us.
All customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package – the value is the retail cost. Microfire LLC cannot mark any package as a “Gift” in order to avoid customs and duties fees.
We recommend shipping via UPS International or DHL for the fastest, most reliable service, but will ship via USPS International as well.
If your package is refused, destroyed due to customs rules, or duties are not paid, Microfire LLC will not be able to refund your order or offer a free replacement.
We self-insure all packages that are shipped outside of the United States. It is possible that a lost/destroyed/undelivered package can be refunded, however that is up to the specific insurance policies. It requires cooperation with their requirements, including writing statements and otherwise interacting with them.
